Guarantee and Warranty Policy

Satisfaction Guarantee

At STN Instruments, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, please contact us. We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee:

  • You may return the product within 30 days of the invoice date for a refund or exchange
  • Proof of purchase from STN Instruments is required

This guarantee does not apply to items marked as "Final Sale."

 

Limited Warranty

All products sold by STN Instruments are covered by a Limited Warranty to customers who purchase for:

  • Resale, or
  • Use in business or government applications

Warranty Coverage:
STN Instruments warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the invoice date, unless otherwise stated in writing.

If a product is found to be defective within the warranty period and returned to us (shipping prepaid), we will, at our sole discretion:

  1. Repair the product
  2. Replace the product, or
  3. Refund the purchase price

This is your sole and exclusive remedy under our warranty.

Except as expressly stated above, STN Instruments makes no other warranties—express or implied—including:

  • Merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Noninfringement of intellectual property

STN Instruments is not liable for:

  • Product misuse or improper installation
  • Misapplication or modification
  • Improper selection or repair
  • Any consequential, incidental, punitive, or special damages

Our liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

The same disclaimers and limitations apply unless otherwise required by law. Some jurisdictions may not allow certain exclusions or limitations. If applicable, those limitations may not apply to you, and you may have additional rights.
