Shipping & Delivery Policy

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

All estimated/typical delivery time are derived from real world data collected from past orders. They are approximate times for reference only.

Processing:

The processing time begins from the date you placed your order. It usually takes 1-2 business days to process your order. Once we've processed it, we can then ship it.

Shipping:

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico

Ground shipping is not available to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, however, our free shipping promotions will not be extended to these areas. Please reach out to Customer Support at info@stninstruments.com to discuss available shipping options.

International shipping

We will ship UPS to Canada. Please reach out to Customer Support at info@stninstruments.com with any questions. Unfortunately, we currently do not accept shipments to countries other than the US and Canada

Please note:

1. Shipping times will be affected during public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. This is outside our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.

2. What will happen if I refuse to accept my delivery? If the order is returned to us, once we have received it, we will refund 90% of your payment to you.

3. Incorrect address details and other issues may cause a delay in delivery.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive an email notifying you once your order has shipped. You will get a message on your phone number from the courier service.

It can take a few days after the order placement.

Note for taxes

Our customers do not need to pay for importing fees, duties or VAT(Valued Additional Tax).
