I. PRODUCT RETURNS

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
STN Instruments offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. You may return products for any reason within 30 days of the invoice date for a refund or exchange. A proof of purchase from STN Instruments is required.

Please note: This guarantee does not apply to items marked as “Final Sale.”

Returns After 30 Days
Products may also be eligible for return within one (1) year of the invoice date, provided they meet the following criteria:

  • Unused, undamaged, unexpired
  • In original packaging
  • In resalable condition
    Proof of purchase is required for all returns. Returns beyond 30 days may be subject to restocking fees or denial at STN Instruments' discretion.

Final Sale Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Custom items
  • Products purchased with a custom calibration certificate
  • Special-order products
  • Items marked as “Non-Cancellable” or “Non-Returnable” in quotations/invoices
  • Any items labeled as “Final Sale” on our website

Custom orders are final and not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund under any circumstances.

II. RETURNS PROCESS

To initiate a return, please contact Customer Care at info@stninstruments.com

When returning an item:

  1. Carefully package the product with the original packing slip.
  2. Indicate the reason for return on the packing slip. If unavailable, please include:
    • Purchase date
    • Original invoice number
    • Product item number
  3. Indicate your preference for a replacement or refund.
  4. Prepay shipping. STN Instruments does not accept C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery) returns.

III. REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a notification via email confirming receipt and the status of your refund approval.

If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

IV. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Please refer to the STN Instruments Limited Warranty for information regarding defective or faulty products.

V. CANCELLATION OF IMMEDIATE SHIPMENTS

Due to our fast order processing, immediate shipments cannot be canceled once submitted.
For back-ordered items or orders not scheduled to ship within two (2) business days, please contact Customer Care to discuss cancellation options.
