This rugged, multi-use temperature data logger is engineered with a specially alloyed shell that delivers excellent mechanical strength, thermal resistance, and IP67-rated protection. Built for durability in challenging environments, it ensures reliable temperature monitoring across a wide operating range: -40°C to 125°C (P/N 35158) or -80°C to 70°C (P/N 35161). The internal sensor offers high accuracy of ±0.2°C, with an optional upgrade to ±0.15°C for critical applications. Configuration is streamlined using PoChain software, allowing for immediate or delayed logging start based on user preference.
Once connected to a PC with PoChain installed, the logger enables fast data analysis and versatile export options in XLS, CSV, PDF, TXT, and CIN formats. Data files can be directed to any local or networked storage for regulatory documentation, QA reports, or long-term archival.
Each unit is shipped with a multi-point calibration report from an ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accredited lab, with all measurement data traceable to SI units through NIST. For ongoing reliability, the logger supports 6-point calibration adjustments via PoChain software. Recalibration can be performed by certified labs or STN’s in-house calibration service to maintain long-term measurement accuracy.
With its durable construction and fast thermal response, this logger is ideal for extreme temperature environments such as autoclaves, freezers, environmental chambers, food sterilization, and pharmaceutical cold chain applications.
