The 65-series temperature and humidity transmitters are designed for high-accuracy environmental monitoring in harsh and demanding industrial settings. These transmitters not only measure relative humidity and temperature with precision but also calculate and output additional parameters such as dew point, absolute humidity, and mixing ratio—ideal for HVAC control, pharmaceutical storage, and environmental monitoring systems.
Each unit features internationally recognized sensing elements combined with sealed, protective circuitry to ensure stable, long-term performance. The sensors are treated with a specialized coating for resistance against dust, corrosion, and contaminants, enabling dependable operation even in polluted or corrosive environments.
The transmitter operates across a wide temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. DIP switches allow quick on-site adjustment of measurement ranges, helping to reduce stock variety and installation time. Advanced configuration is available through PC software and a dedicated modem, allowing users to set measurement parameters and perform one- or two-point calibration for both temperature and humidity.
Built with robust industrial-grade protection, the device includes surge resistance up to ±4000V, electrical fast transient (EFT) immunity, and optional galvanic isolation (500V or 1500V AC) on dual analog outputs. It remains unaffected by noise from variable frequency drives, welding, or large equipment switching, ensuring stable signal output in dynamic environments.
The internal circuit is optimized for ultra-low power consumption, significantly reducing self-heating and minimizing measurement drift. This design enhances long-term stability and extends operational life, supporting accurate measurements over time.
Each transmitter is factory-calibrated and includes traceability to international standards, making it compliant with ISO 17025 workflows and suitable for regulated applications that demand reliable, repeatable performance.
